Kigali Talents School of Art & Music is a Music Education Center founded in 2016, dedicated to providing Music and Art lessons to individuals of all ages and backgrounds, from beginner to advanced levels.

Do you teach only children or also adults?

We offer comprehensive music lessons tailored to individuals of all ages, from 4-years-old children to adults.

What music lessons do you offer?

We offer a diverse range of music and arts lessons, including:

  • Piano (Classical or Contemporary)
  • Guitar (Acoustic, Bass or Solo)
  • Drums
  • Vocal/ Singing
  • Solfège or Tonic Sol-Fa
  • Violin
  • Saxophone
  • Trumpet

What are the school’s opening hours?

The school is open Monday to Thursday (08:00–20:00), Friday (08:00–17:00), Saturday (18:00–20:00), and Sunday (10:00–18:00).

How many sessions per week, and how long is each?

It depends on your availability. You can choose 1, 2, 3, or 4–5 sessions per week. Group lessons last two hours; individual lessons last one hour. Additional practice between sessions is recommended.

What are your registration and tuition fees?

One-time registration is FRW 5,000. Tuition varies by lesson type and number of weekly sessions. We regularly offer limited-time discounts; please follow our official communication channels for the latest rates and promotions.

How do I register or enroll at Kigali Talents School of Art & Music?

To enroll at Kigali Talents School of Art & Music, simply visit our front desk during opening hours, complete the registration form with your details and lesson preferences, and pay the registration fee. Once your form is submitted and the fee is received, your enrollment is confirmed and you can schedule your first lesson.

Do students receive certificates after completing a level?

Yes. Certificates of Completion are awarded based on a student’s Attendance and/or achieved Music Grade level.

Can a student take more than one lesson?

Yes, a student may take more than one lesson, though we recommend starting with one until a solid foundation is built. Each additional instrument is charged separately.

Can the school send teachers to student’s home?

No. All music lessons are conducted at the school premises, where students benefit from a structured learning environment and access to instruments.

Is prior music knowledge required to join?

No. We welcome complete beginners. We assess each learner’s level and tailor the instruction accordingly.

Do you offer trial classes before enrollment?

Yes. We offer paid trial classes, and if the student decides to register, the trial fee is deducted from their full tuition.

Is there an online learning option for students outside Kigali or during travel?

No. At the moment, our lessons are offered in person at the school to ensure quality instruction and hands-on practice.

What languages are used in instruction?

We offer instruction in English, Kinyarwanda, or French.

Can students switch lessons after enrollment?

Yes, as long as the fees match. If not, they can either top up or get a refund based on the difference.
